Free tracked shipping worldwide

Every Neon Strike™ order ships free of charge with full tracking, to almost every country in the world.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days from your order. During peak periods such as Black Friday and the Christmas season, deliveries may take a few extra days, so we recommend ordering early if your order is a gift.

Tracking

You can follow your order with the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we will look into it right away.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to some countries may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the local customs authority. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@neonstrike.store and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
