30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want every battle to be a great one. If you are not completely happy with your Neon Strike™ order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@neonstrike.store with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first: returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
- Send the item(s) back in their original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email and refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the amount on your statement.
Return shipping costs
If you simply changed your mind, the cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover all costs: send us a photo or short video of the problem and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, usually without you having to return anything.
Your legal rights
Customers in the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this period and does not limit any of your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for defective goods.
